Click here for examples of torture in ICE facilities-Federal judges found 90% of ICE’s arrests to be illegal-93% of ICE arrests have no violent criminal records. 65% have no criminal records at all. This dismantles the justification that they are so heavily armed because they are getting dangerous criminals off the street.-At least 155 adult citizens and 32 child citizens have been wrongfully detained by ICE.-American citizenss have been dragged, tackled, beaten, tased and shot by immigration agents. They’ve been held outside in the rain in their underwear. At least three citizens were pregnant when agents detained them. One of those women had already had the door of her home blown off while Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem watched.-ICE's budget has gone from $10B/year to $85B/year as a result of the "Big Beautiful Bill'-For reference, the NIP, which funds 18 organizations including the FBI and CIA, has a budget of less than $82B-Yet they still torture detainees with medical neglect and rotten, maggot infested food-ICE abuses and medically neglects pregnant women, leading to things like stillbirths, loss of pregnancy, and other severe health complications-“They are shackled to beds, denied prenatal care, and left alone to miscarry.”-They are arresting 11x the number of people they have in the past, citing things like, “You look like a suspect,” which is blatant racial profiling when the context of their job is immigration enforcement.-Deaths in ICE facilities have skyrocketed. Since 2018, there was an average of about 5 deaths per year. Starting on January 23 of 2025, a mere 3 days after Trump was sworn in, they jumped to about 2 per month. In 2025, there were 33 documented deaths in ICE facilities. As of June there have already been 19 reported deaths in 2026, an average of over 3 per month.-30% of all reported rapes in ICE camps are done BY ICE OFFICERS
-ICE agents typically do not wear body cameras. They cited lack of funding, so Congress gave them 31 billion dollars. Yet, as of July 2026, all we have are more dead bodies and no body cams.-For the record, illegal immigrants are GOOD for the GDP. Regardless of their citizenship status they perform labor and make purchases, which stimulates the economy, AND they aren't eligible for welfare or other social programs because they don't have a government ID.The people saying that the immigrants are the issue are the same ones insider trading, giving themselves tax breaks, taking advantage of the working class, and straight up liquidating our country. The longer we neglect to acknowledge it, the worse everything is going to get.
